Resolution Process
City resolutions are formal expressions of the will, opinion, or intent of the City Council. They are used to establish policies, authorize actions, and make official declarations on behalf of the city.
All resolutions are numbered sequentially by year and require a majority vote of the City Council to pass.
Public Access
All city resolutions are public documents and are available for review by citizens. Complete text of resolutions can be obtained from the City Recorder's office or viewed Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
