Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program
The City of Green River, Utah, owner of the Green River Municipal Airport, has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) 49 CFR Part 26. The Airport is a recipient of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grant funding. As a condition of receiving this assistance, the Airport has signed an assurance that it will comply with 49 CFR Part 26.
The intent of the DBE program is to provide a level playing field for small businesses, and small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals can equitably compete for contracts at this airport or other airports receiving federal funding.

Airport Nondiscrimination Policy
It is the policy of the Green River Municipal Airport that no person shall be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in the receipt of its services on the basis of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), creed (religion), disability, age, or any other federally protected category as protected by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (PL 100.259), Section 520 of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982, as amended, the American with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as amended.
